I'm looking to buy a replacement part from them and am wondering if they are a reputable company. Reseller Ratings has 5 people who have commented, but I don't think I trust that few of votes. Here's the company's URL:

Thanks for any info you can provide.

I walk by their store twice a day, and have bought thousands of dollars, and know a lot of the staff...
they're definitely a recommended photo store in Canada

I will relate my camera canada story. I ordered a 24TSE II from them while the lens was is short supply. When they got the lens in stock they sent it to me. Next day I get an email saying they sent a 24 1.4 to me by mistake and had already sent my 24 to me and asked if I would foward the item to the correct person or return it to them when I got it. They emailed me a prepaid label for the correct person. I got the 1.4 put the label on and fowarded it to the correct person and the next day the correct lens was in my hands.

So they sent me the wrong lens and did not wait for me to return it before they corrected their mistake. My lens was delayed by one day but I had waited 2 months for stock so a day was the least of the delay. Most stores would not have trusted the customer to return the lens and caused a longer delay. They exposed themselves to a possible problem to do right by me. I would say that is pretty good service. Usually you can tell more about a place when there is a problem then when everything goes smooth.

I bought a 135L from them. Nothing bad to say about them. I would buy again.

Bohdan - I may be, and probably am, completely wrong.

Great reviews. My experience was excellent too. The owner was a gentleman, and bought used gear from me at an excellent price. Glad to see others are happy too. I traded my F3 and motor drive, when their store was new.
