hey, i was wondering if you guys could critique some of my first few photos.
Its been exactly a week since i got my camera, heres some of my favorite ones

They all look exactly the same... Oh, they are not there... Sorry. :) I'm not sure if this is an option on Flickr but if so you need to share the photos with everyone.

Yup, all photos are displaying now. First glance they more or less just seem like some quick snap shots. You should be mindful of your white balance as the two photos of the dog are drastically different from each other. I'd also say don't even bother with HDR (especially within your first week?!?) as it's meant to be an advanced tool to fix a specific problem. I'd suggest focusing on (pun..intended?) getting a solid photography base before getting into editing, tone mapping, post processing, etc.

Maybe get down lower for the dog shots so they are looking ahead more naturally?
