I'm having a huge battle between 5D II and 7D. 5D for full frame pic quality but poor fps and small lcd screen, 7D for great fps but small censor. Any thoughts on this? (Not the right thread for this topic, I know, but just quickly...

That all comes down to what you want to use it for. If you're going to do still life, portraits, landscapes, etc., 5D hands down. If you are going to shoot sports, airshows, and wildlife, 7D. I like to do a little of everything, so I chose the 7D to make sure I have the autofocus and FPS when I need it.
