Smallest Memory Card You're Still Holding Onto :)

I went to my sons' Awards Night last night and one of my student's parents gave me a gift bag and said, "There's something old and something new in there for you." I couldn't imagine. After the event started, I had am minute to look into the bag and found a brand new, still in the wrapper, 8 GB Sandisk CF card! I was thrilled. I needed it. I also found an old 128 MB one! It was well used. I laughed.

I actually still have a 16 MB card I got from my old Kodak 4800 digital camera, my first one still lying around somewhere. I don't think a single image would fit on that card from my 5D2.

Anyone else hold onto old CF or SD cards that don't do much, because you can't stand throwing them out?

I've never thrown any out! It's funny, I guess I'm a packrat -- I think I even have a 2 GB CF card that came with my 30D. Also, all the SD cards that I used with various P&S/compact digicams that are themselves laying in various places no longer functional. Cheers for the 128 MB SD cards!

Funny thing is recently a little 258 MB thumb drive showed up from somewhere and I've actually found a use for it a couple times!

the smallest i have is a 256mb cf card. havent used in it ages but you never know when you might need it

That I actually use? 512MB Ultra II CF card (first bought for my 20D)

Lets see... I have a 64MB Olympus XD card and a 32MB Canon CF card.

If I dig deep enough, I'll bet I could find some 4mb and 8mb SD cards that I used in my old Olympus cameras about a decade ago. I'm pretty sure I never threw them out, so they're probably buried in a pocket on some camera bag I haven't looked at since I tossed it into a closet years ago.

have a 128MB Kodak CF card sits in my card wallet. i guess i never know when i may need it, can fit 2 Raw photos or 14 large jpgs on it

I've got a few of those SmartMedia cards for use with my Olympus C3000Z p&s. 8MB and 128MB.

I still have a few 256M CF cards from the D60 days.

I have several LCD picture frames that I use these for. I've set up different shows on each one and rotate them around when I get bored seeing the same shots rotating through. Seems they get changed often.

Quite a few 512M CF around too.

I still have some 8MB, a 16MB, and a 32MB SD card laying around. They came with old cameras and sort of sit there in my junk drawer.I guess I should toss them.

The old digital frames had slots for CF and SD cards, but the new ones do not. Only SD card slots. I feel like the CF cards for regular use is going away. I guess I could use my 16 mb one for the old frame my husband has in his office. He has some really old pictures that come up on the frame and I get a kick of out it. He never changes it.

I have a 4mb hp card, and a 8mb Canon card.
Both CF and I would consider selling them for the right price.
