Hello guys!
I want to buy a 60 d with a 15-85 but it seems that buying them separately is very expensive, do you know if I can find this equipment together?

Other question is what is the parameter that measure the dinamic range that a camera is able to get? what about the 60d in this field?

Thanks, sorry for any mistake

One2nite, great to see a new Montrealer around here! Hope you had fun at the Grand Prix!

On another note, here's a new 60D from me :)

Everyone should rate this thread by going to the right corner, where the first post starts for every page and press "Rate Thread", then rate the thread. There is another 60D thread floating around here.

Hello!
I bought 60D some days ago and I used to shoot with rebel/450D. This 60D is awesome!! Really fast and nice ISO rates! Almost first shot --->

Just picked up a 60D a couple weeks ago. Coming from a 20D I haven't figured out all the bells and whistles. I am sure of a few observations though. Best improvements for me is the built in master flash and I can live with only having 2 groups, the auto ISO that can be used in "M" while you pick the Sv and Tv (been waiting on this forever) and the viewfinder and screen are huge improvements.

The biggest bonehead moves for canon with this camera is removing the dual function of the top buttons behind the LCD and removing the multi-controller. Trying to change the focus point with the lower wheel shooting baseball game was a nightmare. I cant reach the wheel with my thumb very well, its just awkward. I'm hoping it will get better with time.

60D, Canon 18-135 IS, Sigma 10-20 hsm, 24-70 2.8 hsm, 70-200 2.8 hsm, 430EX II, and all the other stuff that goes along with it.

I don't think you can get the 15-85 as a kit lens but it varies from country to country as to what kit lenses are available. Here in the U.S. you can get it with the 18-135 or for a little more $$, the 18-200.

The 15-85 is great lens and if that is what you want then just buy the body and the lens separate, or buy a kit and sell the kit lens and use the money towards the 15-85.

You can use the top dial too, you know. Press the right-most upper-right-back button with thumb and turn dial with shutter finger to select AF points. Might work better that way for you.

the mouse pointer only shows up if I click the microsoft button on my keyboard, which I have to do continually - its tedious

That's strange, I don't have that problem at all. Mouse pointer is always showing. Wonder whats causing your problem.
