this is my first successful attempt at a moon shot of any kind. i normally get them to over exposed or out of focus.

Are you shooting in RAW or JPEG? Because if you are shooting in RAW and not post processing at all then you need to know that when shooting in RAW everything is like a digital negative including clarity or sharpness, you need to adjust that in post processing, otherwise you are not doing enough for your pictures.

i shoot both Raw and jpeg i don't remember what this image is. i don't know the editing end of photography very well. i mess around with lightroom and photoshop a little but not very good at it.
