Man that Nikon 14-24 is just a sexy piece of glass. It alone would tempt me to get a D7000.

Ouch :(.

Who is "them," may I ask?

KEH.com. Fantastic business guess they got burned as well. It's a shame either way you look at it. Given the prices they pay for gear I'm sure they more than make up for the dud's the buy.

Wow! 200K activations in 9 days! That's impressive!

Ha! Not exactly new when I bought it.

And to get back on topic here is a shot of part of the camera you never want to see, from the inside at least.

Tell me about it. I rented one last weekend and I really didn't want to send it back. Absolutely fantastic. Paired with the 24-70 and the 50L, it was amazing.

Closely following the post from Stamp, but not quite in the same league!

Found this lurking around the house all packed away in a metal flight case, and was inspired to get some photos and share it. Will be trying to get it operational again over the summer, need some batteries, film etc.

It has an 80mm f2.8, 55m f2.8, a 2x Telecon, a pistol grip, lens hoods and all the original manuals etc. Wonder what it might be worth, not that I am looking to sell.
