where do you guys who don't have darkrooms develop your film to digital?

oh, and:

:)

I don't have a darkroom as a real darkroom and i don't print my films yet, but i convert my film to digital by the scanner, and i develop my film [120 for now] in my bathroom with the small tanks, later will try to develop large format sheets.

And oh, nice camera, is it available as a brand "NEW" to buy?

There's something to black and white film that I just don't see in digital conversions. Not sure what 'it' is, but 'it' is everything!

I finally cracked and bought Vuescan, so here's the first scanned image of my first roll of medium format: the classic dog shot! :) This was the one image that suffered from me botching the reel-loading process. The top was loaded correctly, but the bottom shared a slot with another part of the film.

BTW, this is with the super cheap arista edu ultra (400 ISO). Rated as 320 and souped in D-76, I see nothing wrong with it at all!

Beautiful shot!

Was that done with a Bronica?

Yes, these were all with a Bronica ETRs and 75mm f2.8 (MC version). I intend to do the whole of the second roll with the 150mm f4 that I also got with the camera.

And here are the two that I had photographed against the sky earlier... first and third shots from my first roll:

(pity about the banister railing in the background...)

IMAGE: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5061/5838023709_42d0054852_z.jpg

And for the record the excessive grain is not from the film, but rather a combination of noisy scans and aggressive sharpening required to fix soft scans (my scanner is a bit of a POS!)

Edit- Frame 13 from the same roll:

Also, can anyone enlighten me to the differences between Bronica's MC and PE lenses?

From what I know: better coatings on the PE lenses, half stop aperture indents. The latter is what sold me on them.
