Repairing 28-70mm L

I have a 28-70mm that has something broken inside and because of this zoom ring doesn't work. Is there any place I can send in for repair? I have seen unitedcamera does some repair work for this lens (at least website says so); does anyone have any experience with these guys? Thanks in advance.

Anyone knows any place where you can send lenses in for repairs?

T F Camera Repair fixed my back focusing issues on my old 28-70 f/2.8L. The owner's name is Toshio and he's located in NJ. # is 732 238-8806.
