I need help deciding what lens to keep, sell and buy.
I’m getting back into photography from about 10 years ago.
I live in southern Utah and do a lot of hiking, so I shoot landscape, cactus flowers, animals, turtle, lizards, and anything else I come across. I also shoot home for some of the local Real Estate agents.
Anyway here is what I have now.

Canon 10-22mm 3.5-4.5 NEW I will keep this one.
Canon 20-35mm 2.8L
Canon 28-70mm 2.8L
Canon 28-135 mm 3.5-5.6 IS
Canon 50mm 2.5
Sigma 20mm 1.8
Sigma 15-30mm 3.5-4.5
Sigma 135-400mm 4.5-5.6

One lens I really want is the 70-200mm 2.8 IS
Any help would be appreciated.

I'd definitely keep the 10-22mm since you shoot landscapes and real estate.

EDIT: oops didn't realize you already said that.

If you are keeping the Canon 10-22, and 20-35, the Sigma 15-30 seems somewhat redundant. Also not sure if you need the Sigma 20 unless you have a specific purpose. The Canon 10-22 should be able to do it's job. The Canon 20-35 is also optional, unless you really need that 23-27 range that you wouldn't have without it.

Also with the 28-70 you don't need the Canon 28-135. Also ditch the sigma 135-400 if you are getting the 70-200 and pick up a TC.

Advice from a noob so take with large grain of salt.

Sell all your sigma, Canon 20-35mm and the Canon 24-135mm

then get the 70-200mm f/2.8 IS and a TC extender

You didn't mention what body you have.

I'm going to presume its a crop since you're using the 10-22. My answers are based on that presumption.

i'd sell the red lenses...i'd probably try and get a 100mm macro for those close-ups with a little more working distance for live things...and then a long telephoto with some form of stabilization...100-400L if you can afford it, or a sigma 150-500OS if money is tight
