Cy was great to deal with and I couldn't be happier. He sold me a camera that was repaired by Canon and worked great for about 2 hours until it just suddenly stopped powering on. He was quick to contact Canon to get a repair underway since the warranty was through him. Once he received the camera (new! Canon didn't have the parts to replace it) he sent it back to me. Despite the long delay which he couldn't help (the camera really did work fine when I got it, and stopped working abruptly the first night I had it), I'm 100% happy with the transaction.
