Waxwing
Flicker, this one was way up top a tree that is at the bottom or our yard. needed the TC for this one

Love those waxwings. I don't think we get those in south Florida. I wish we did though. Very pretty birds. Great shot by the way1

Nice robins Peter. Trees were a little hard to see detail because of the light background.

John

Thanks...John yes I know it was really bright that day.

Wow so many great shots posted lately. I've been staying away from the forum because I miss my T2i and coming here just makes me miss it more.

Anyhoo, Canon has replaced the LCD screen which cost me $248 in total :(

It would be  if I had it back by this weekend.

I love my T2i, but I miss it right now. :( I let my parents borrow it for a trip to Italy, and gave them the kit + 70-300.

The 30D might be a great camera, but it's just incomparable in my opinion. And I got a remote shutter (T2i) + ND400 in the past 2 weeks. Can't wait to get it back :p.

help..........
guys im thinking of replacing my
Canon 55-250mm IS Lens
for a
Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Lens

what do you think guys?

I've got that lens and it's a pretty good one. Doesn't seem like it would give you much more reach than what you currently have though, and less on the wide end. I don't know if I would spend the extra $$ just for that little bit. Just my opinion though.

John
