Steve, your an animal, love the first shot, what and awesome reflection from the water to light up the bird underneath the wings. Well done.

My Red Tailed Hawk landed on the roof of my work again today just as I was going home. So once again I went back on to the roof and this time was able to get 15ft away from it once more, these guys really love me.
