When they sent me my replacement, they said to take out my old ink and printhead and use them in the new printer. The new printer came with all new ink and stuff, so now I have a backup. They sent the replacement to my house with prepaid labels and such to send the old one back. Worked out flawlessly...

I spoke to Elyssa from Adorama yesterday and I received the new printer today! I was expecting at least a 3 day day wait for it but they overnighted it to me free of charge. It works great too.
