Not a traditional 'sign' but this is my GPS telling me to make a U-turn no matter which way I turned.

It is basically stuck in a loop.

By the way, the target bottom/left is where it thought the destination was, the Acura-like symbol with the circle, upper-right is where it actually is.

For some strange reason, things like this ONLY happen to me in NJ. Just sayin'
