Make sure the rebate you filled out was dated 4/1/11 - 6/30/11:

I checked my rebate status and it's " audit complete" which means it has been approved, but it hasn't been mailed out yet.

I still haven't heard anything else from Adorama regarding the photobook. My son was born yesterday so I'm going to fill the book up with his pictures, and probably buy a few more books for gifts.

I emailed their photolab address which was previously listed. No response from them as of yet, but most people have this long weekend off :)

Did you open up an AdoramaPixaccount, yet?

Wait, what? photolab@adorama.com (external link) is completely separate? I'll forward you said details, but its only been 3 days since I asked them about it (21 days since order date).

I am seeing a nominal credit amount in the "Credits" tab on the right--but as I understand it, we were supposed to be emailed a link to redeem for an 8x8 book, correct? http://www.adorama.com/catalog.tpl?op=freePhotoBook (external link)
The credit amount I'm seeing in my pix account doesn't match the 8x8 pricing.

Just got this email--should answer most of the photobook concerns. In other words, have patience.

Dear: ,

The free photobook emails are sent out every few weeks. They are getting ready to send out another batch of emails. Be on the lookout for an email from AdoramaPix called "a special gift for a special customer". Sometimes it goes into your spam folder, so look there too. I will also put your information on our free photobook list, to ensure that you do get this email, or at least have someone place it in your pix account manually. It can take a few weeks, and I apologize the invoice says 7 days.

Thank you for being a loyal AdoramaPix.com customer.

Unlikely, however there are still plenty of (continuous) opportunities to buy one for $450 - $400 rebate with purchase of an entry-dslr.

Just managed to grab one for $140. :) Ilford Galerie smooth gloss is on the way.

Check Craigslist, around here they were going for a bit cheaper than on this site.
