And on my sample images in this thread I desaturated the colors. Other samples have the same effect as well.

Thanks! I love this lens! I'm going to have to get the 14mm and 85mm now.

I can vouch for the 14mm. If you like wide, it's a lot of fun to use. There are some terrific shots in that thread. Beware if you go look--you will most likely pull the trigger!

Hold on... How the... what?! Beautiful shot. And hand-held? Amazing!
What exactly do you mean by manually masking to HDR composition?

Thank you! :) The foreground with the rocks is from another image. They're layered and masked to make a hdr.

Can someone post a few untouched images so that I can compare to mine.
Civicseth you seriously got it goin on with that lens man. Awesome shots.
If I didn't know any better I would say the lens you are using is not the samyang 35mm.
My images are THAT different.

sometimes... just sometimes. i pull off a shot and after post i actually say i really like it.

( Content Aware Fill in PS CS5 makes some really neat torn borders/edges on images, give it a try )

this first one i feel like there should have been a ladies hand reaching down to grab it.
shoot it from the wrist down.

This is a really off-topic question (although I've been wanting to subscribe to this thread anyway), but does anyone know how to get content-aware fill to fix something on the border without it just turning everything around it black? It's really been annoying me lately!
