I only watched about 3 minutes of it.

2 minutes of the lady opening the door and entering the house and taking off her shoes is wayyyyyyyy too much time. You will not engage your audience this way. You need to make your segments quicker. The opening and unlocking door shot was from 0.28 to 0.52 seconds! Way too long for a static shot of door handles.. Also all of your shots seem to be static, in different positions sitting on a tripod. No real movement or excitement. Needs more glidecam/steadycam! :)

Then for the shower scene, for some reason you abandoned the tripod (maybe you had limited space) and you shot handheld which is worse.
But it's not too bad since you have a much steadier hand than I do.

You need to engage your audience quicker..
This might work for some audience, but not for the average 18-28 males.
In the first 3 seconds there was nothing to keep my eyes glued, so the video lost my interest.

I have a degree and tons of experience in advertising and marketing.
Other than that I don't know.. I'm not a "know it all", and I'm no videographer, I only do stills.
These are just my opinions

Gotta say I agree with what Adaptive said. While you have some great mood settings and angles/shots, I still felt bored watching the same scene of not much going on for too long in nearly every camera angle. It literally feels like 50% of this short could have been cut. Other than that, I liked a lot of the lighting and thought it could have used a little bit more background music.
