Hi all

Playing about with the Lencarta Safari kit out on location.

In this case I was only using the flash set slightly higher than the ambient light.

Interested in peoples' thoughts!

Here's the shot anyway!

Here's a sort-of behind-the-scenes view.

Large beauty dish ahead of model, small beauty dish behind as a hair light.

I like the post on the setup shot alot more then the 1st shot. Leaning on her forehand doesn't quite look right since the eyes are being drawn to her hand rather than her face. just my 2 cents.

Thanks guys! With regards to the hands - I took several shots similar to the first and in others the hands were definitely too prominent, but I thought they looked ok on that one.

I agree with the comments on the hands....she has a nail biting issue and definitely detracts from an otherwise pretty girl

I agree with the nails/hands. These would have been much better if she had her nails done (fake nails added).

The first would be fantastic if that distracting black bra wasn't in the photo! I'm not saying she has to take it off, I just (personally) hate the "Let's show all the undergarments/straps/etc" phase that society is in right now. Of course, that does not apply to a good lingerie shoot!
