Haven't really looked, but this (external link) may help out a bit. I think supply is running short on this from what I've read.

THanks Soup.. this site is mighty handy.. why didnt someone tell me about it earlier!!
I wonder if demand has decreased due to the length of time it has been on the marked

I think the events in Japan are still having a knock on effect with the supply of the more expensive camera bodies and lens... from what Iv'e seen suppliers haven't had trouble shifting the stock they get in...

Someone else was recommending these to me the other day, they seem fabulous value for money but I heard a pain in the rear to set up the softboxes.

How can I make photographs of book covers look interesting without shooting them dead straight on like Amazon does for instance?

does it have to be just one pic? you could do a couple of detail pics with a macro then a cover shot and make into a triptych type thing

perhaps you could shot the books in "situe" - for example a book about furniture on a nice chair etc... a book on the countryside in a tree's branch?!

Yea, this is what I was referring too. As far as I'm aware, it's still a very desirable camera :)

Cool shots Dom, I like the noise..

Thanks Radders, though the noise was not what I really wanted in the shot at the time.

Forget to mention these but i really like the look and feel of those pics. Something 'low budget cinema' about them - nice work
