*sigh* I'm really hoping (against all odds) that a 70-200 II and a 5dm2 come back in stock... seems like many of the others are, but I'm guessing that these are two of the more popular items.

You're after the most popular lens and body available through the refurb department You hardly had a chance. The 70200II was never in stock during the promotion, and the 5d2 died in the first 2 hours--with a few being added early this morning.

85LII back in stock at $1495, but doubtless not for long. I don't really crave one and with tax it's not quite a good enough deal to make it worth me picking this up for resale - so have at it...

Going broke here! i forgot to activate additional 3% from mr rebates

but i managed to pick up the 85 1.2, 50 1.4, 85 1.8, and the 100 2.8 IS macro.

WTF is wrong with me!

haha sorry! i'm not even sure if i got it.. i managed to check out but it did say out of stock as i was going through it :P

Probably the exact 100L that I canceled about 1.5 hours ago Ordered one for $756 shipped. It'll make a superb replacement for my old 100mm non-usm macro

Well, I suppose I didn't know what I was going to do with that 5d2 anyway -- just picked up a 17-55 that I'm really enjoying and it wouldn't be compatible with the 5d2. But at 1699, it was a steal... I'm pretty sure the wife would not appreciate $3400 in impulsive purchases though.

I guess I'll hit refresh every now and then to see if I get lucky!

Yup, someone reported 2 being left, I checked 5 minutes later and the entire canon site went down for about 2 hours. Completely cleared out when the site came back.

I absolutely believe it. That's not something you joke about here. I saw a few others state that a few 5d2s were added in the afternoon yesterday. Of course, they don't last long. I saw 3x 100Ls a few hours ago, and they were all gone in 5 minutes.

I do! but camera gear at good prices is the one thing i dont mind making impulse buys on.. pretty sure i could sell everything and atleast break even in the future.

just waiting for the 5d II and 50 1.2 to come back :/
