It's an off camera Canon 580EXII flash (no light modifier)...like you mentioned >>> from the right of the camera (near her), just outside the camera view.

Just lightroom. Contrast, WB, vibrance and a little bit of saturation... two minutes tops, done :) They are 17 so that helps a lot ;)
