This lens is absolutely stunning. I'm very happy with the results. Taken my favorite subjects: diecast model cars and my 100mm f/2.8L macro.

I am looking to get a teleconverter for my 70-200mm f2.8 IS II paired with my 5D Mark II. Having a hard time deciding parting with $500 for the 2x III but there are some great shots on here with that combo.

My biggest question is, I know while reduced by 75%, how is the AF on this combo?

Local 10 -11 year olds win Pennsylvania District Championship. This lens and I get a bit closer to what the lens can produce.

Couple spots,yes... but don't know that they are wayyyyy out... bright sun, and had a few blinkies on areas I wasn't really concerned about...
