Not 100% perfect but I took enough time. I just like dramatic looking skies. Everytime I see clouds I see an opportunity for editing to make an image pop a little bit more than what actually was.

very simple, clone tool the background clutter - run a BW action , smooth the sand some (i hate the billion foot prints)
