Can anyone confirm that DPP continues to work fully after the upgrade to OS X 10.7 Lion? Thanks!

I hear it is in testing by Canon and it will likely will be a month before it is qualified, which is about when I think I would trust the OS enough to upgrade anyway.

6D, 60D, 100L, 24-105L, Sig 150-500, nifty 50, EF-S 60mm, Tam SP70-200 f/2.8 Di VC, Underwater gear T2i in a Watershot housing with Inon S2000 strobes.

Canon eos utility version 2.8.1 does work with Lion OsX. This is still on canon website to download. Not sure what you will loose with this older version.

I generally use Lightroom over DPP but on a Macbook Pro with Lion DPP v3.8.2.0 is working fine for me.

Oddly EOS 2.8.1 still works but I downloaded the latest version and get an error message that it does not work with this version of the operating system.

Good job I kept the old version :)

Canon released a version of EOS utility (2.10.2) a few days ago. Any confirmation that this works with Lion? Weirdly, it specifically says it doesn't work with 10.6.8.

No does not work with Lion, just added a new lens type as far as I can tell.

Any updates to this? I only need DPP right now. Just want to confirm that DPP is working OK with Lion. I'm also using a Macbook pro.

Assuming the image fits the max of 1024 pixels at the widest dimension and 150KB max file size:

In the Reply window here go to the Advanced option with the toobars and the smilies.

In the upper toolbar you will see a little paperclip icon for the Attach function -- click it.

A window will open were you can Browse for your file. Once you've selected it you then click to Upload it.

When that is done you can close that window. Click on the Attach icon again and your file should show up at the bottom of window that opens. Double-click the filename and an image ID should show up in the reply box inside of ATTACH tags.
