Can't wait to see your shots Jay.

I am just glad the heat here is coming down. It's almost cold here tonight in camping.

Yes it is. 1943 model IIRC...

G'night

That shot of the PC-12 is better than a couple they have on their website. :D

Hi Omar, mate.

I was glad to see Mark Cavendish get the infamous Green Jersey on the weekend. The man has 20 stage wins in 3 years now.

Hi Harm.

It was great to see him win out. Mark has an excellent team in HTC Highroad. They line him up perfect and time the release of the rocket at the last possible moment. It really is beautiful to see the execution. He is the best sprinter of all time at this point. Now lets see if he can win the most stages overall.

Its interesting but the Green jersey is my favorite. So much goes into winning it. Total team effort. I was looking to purchase it but stock is only available across the pond at a hefty by in for me :(

G'Morning. That was good to see Mark get the Green Jersey. Lots of local press on the TDF since the BMC Racing Team is headquartered here. We're also Levi Leipheimer's home town. Levi has a Gran Fondo coming up here in west county later this year. We get a lot of practice dodging bicyclists around here. :-)

That is very interesting Tim! Are you going out to take some shots? I love BMC bikes. Its just tough to find a retailer here in the city. We also had an inaugural NYC Gran Fondo in May. Found out about it too late but i will be riding in next years Gran Fondo :D

yup, now if Wiggins was fit and in his usual form, there is no reason why he couldn't fight for the win overall, or even a podium spot. But for Cavendish to win the Green Jersey is great. And at the young age of 26, he has plenty of years left to get more stage wins.

€75 for that green shirt... I'll ask my brother out in Brussels how much it is, without being ripped off :D

Yup it was a good day for you with Mark winning. It almost seemed as if he wasn't going to be able to pull it off. Had the odd bike change. Interesting note: Both Cadel and Mark switched out from their custom painted bikes back to their original ones. Seems the quick turn around on the custom jobs created some quirks. Looking forward to seeing more wins from Mark in the future.

Thanks Harm on reaching out to your brother. The price is a bit steep once converted over.
