I have a Leatherman Supertool 200 that lives in my camera bag - bought it on clearance at a department store for something like $20 a few years ago - absolute steal!

As cool as it looks, it doesn't appear very functional (it is also illegal as heck around here)

When used as intended, its "function" is total evisceration ! ;)

Leatherman. I used to carry a small knife on me all the time (especially working in security). In fact, it was seized by police and submitted for evidence after I was "jumped" after leaving work one. Somebody I had arrested a couple nights before tried to get revenge... Didn't really pan out in his favor. Oh well.

Striders are great, I've never owned one though. I EDC a SOG Flash II knife or SOG PowerLock multitool

My every day carry knife is a Spyderco Manix 2-G Combination Edge (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002GIOYVU (external link)). When I'm traveling I have to stow it in my luggage, of course.

I have a few other very nice Spyderco knives along with a few from Buck and Case.
