I love my chrome bag and would really like a better way of storing my camera gear in it than wrapping everything in Tshirts. I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of their chrome bag setup or any experiences with the insert?

Timbuk2 is going to start selling the Snoop messenger insert separately in the near future, you might want to look at that. I have the bag and am very happy with it.

i do this. it fits fine in a medium or small chrome messenger bag. however, i didn't like it on my back, so i decided to get a messenger. In a mediumchrome bag, there's alot of space left in the back but it won't move around because of the tarp lining.

I am have the metropolis which is the large, fully I'm hoping that it won't be too large for the insert. All can you elaborate on why you didn't like it on your back?

i have a citizen and i use it for school and biking around town. But i dont like to get it too heavy. A big reason why i didn't like having my camera on my back was it wasn't accessible. I like having a messenger that hangs down by my hip so my camera is in reach. I personally don't like shooting with a bag, but when i must i prefer a regular messenger.
