I was suppose to go to Portland, OR but plans changed and now I might be going to Chicago. Either way, I'm bringing my gear.

All are nice, #2 and #4 are great.

Thanks!

the first and second i really love. do you deal with a lot of CA wide open with the sigma?

i have the canon 85 1.8 and hate to having to mess with the CA wide open.

CA is really dependent on the scene. I rarely have to deal with CA issues though and I shoot wide open all the time.

Scouting out some locations for future photoshoots. Brought along my little model. High noon light but tried my best to work with it. Bugs were horrible so she demanded an ice cream for payment!

All shot with Sigma 85mm wide open or near wide open.

Went to Bushkill Falls in PA this weekend and only truly liked 1 picture out of 124. Fun! I wanted to play around with long exposure, but forgot my tripod at home  so these shots are completely handheld. Forgive the shakiness!

I have the Black Rapid Sport and I love it... never going to put the standard strap back on my camera. :) It's a little confusing the first couple of times you use it... looks like you're trying on women's underwear, but now I throw it over my arm and shoulder as quick as the normal strap. I walked around all afternoon with my gripped 60D and 70-200 and it was comfortable. You can't totally eliminate that much weight, but I didn't start to feel it in my back until late in the afternoon.

Good to hear...I was thinking about picking one up.
I appreciate the feedback

My daughter was helping me tonight with some poses in full sunlight; we set a round diffuser to block the sun, and used a CPL on my 55-250. OCF was camera left to add fill with just a touch of sunlight to highlight her hair.

How did you set up the CPL on the 55-250? Did you try any shots without it?
