I set up right next to the fridge at home. Reflections sure are annoying on glass bottles. I don't own any softboxes so I had to put up this PLM and drape some 99-cent store curtain liner over it. I had wider shots and some shots with beer poured into glasses but these were the two the client liked most.

I shoot with my carbon gitzo on the beach all the time and no worries. But if you are super paranoid take some tools and take it apart right after your done. ShotsInTime
