I work with a pair of 7D's. Usually a wide angle on one and a tele of some sort on the other. If I am out having fun, I only use one body and switch my lenses when needed.

Okay,
Is the 7D a good camera for you?
I also want to buy a good camera for me (semi-pro), I already was thinking about the 60D, but the 7D too.

If I didn't like the camera, I would not have two of them ;)

I have 2 bodies:
Canon 20D and a Canon Rebel 2000 (just to have)

As for lenses, I usually use a 75-300mm f/4-5.6 (sometimes I rent a 70-200mm f/2.8 for back-to-back sports events during the week) and a 17-85mm f/4-5.6

Thats more then enough, be happy with it, DSLR photography is not cheap.
