I had to Google the hell out of it but I think it's a Strathcarron SC-5

which became the Marlin at some point because the Strathcarron company went belly up

they look almost identical but have entirely different chassis and running gear

that thing would be a rocket at 220bhp @ 1440 lbs curb weight
