I know Beach Camera is a legitimate and well respected company and I have bought from them through ebay before with no issues. They used to have some really good deals on the 5D Mark II (about $2350) but those prices are no longer available. Looking through their other listings I ran accross this:

Looks like a preatty amazing deal. After doing a little more research about the printer bundle rebate, it doesn't seem like the 5DII is included in the rebates. I asked the seller a question about it and will hopefully hear back soon. If there is another rebate that I missed, then this is a great deal.

their description isn't up-to-date:

"Canon Authorized. Mail-in rebate of $400 thru 9/30/10"

so the chance is the rebate doesn't apply there.

5D3 and a few lens
es.

I paid about $3100 for my 5DM2, 24-105 L Lens, 2 batteries and a battery grip. So I think that deal is pretty good there on ebay. I'd snatch it up if I already didn't have one.

Shampoo sounds like an unfortunate name for a hair product.

Missed the rebate but still even without the rebate it's still a decent price.

The printer alone sells for around $200 on ebay brand new.

Still might be worth it without the full rebate, if the printer is still elligible for the $200 rebate on its own.
3,399 - $200 rebate - $200 printer sale = 3,000 for 5DII + 24-105 + misc

And I did get this response:

Dear moeronn,

I will make sure to send this to the listing team, and in 24 hours, this should be fixed and/or clarified. Thank you for your helpful feedback.
