Item was stolen during shipping, received an empty box. Jersey devil was more than helpful with getting the correct USPS forms and getting a claim started. It ended up taking about 3 months and 2 appeals, but I finally got the item cost reimbursed.

Jersey devil was great, USPS not so much.
