For those of you who carry/wear your camera on a strap such as a Black Rapid, where/how do you carry an extra lens?

Depends on the situation. If I am just out and about for leisure...one lens is often plenty.

If I am shooting an event, I use the belt system by Think Tank or one of their waist packs. This lets me just drop a lens right into a pouch and grab another to attach instantly.

I use a cotton carrier. You can use lens pouches that can attach to belts or other straps.

Domke bag, F-stop backpack, Think Tank belt system, the choice depends on what I'm shooting.

I use a Think Tank Speed Demon. Will hold 2x 580ex II, 85mm F1.8 and 50mm F1.4, tamron 17-50mm, 70-200mm F4L IS. It will hold any combo of the above, both flashes and 2-3 lenses.

I used to have the Rstrap RS4...

When I went out, it'll only be a single lens, single camera, and the strap.

When I shoot events with the 70-200, the R strap goes onto the tripod collar, and a smaller lens goes into my belt pouch (Think Tank Skin 50, etc). When I use the 70-200, the Rstrap is used. When I want to use my small lens, the Rstrap just holds the 70-200 and I go strapless.

When I have two small lenses, I have a belt pouch with the extra lens, and the Rstrap on my camera body with the main lens.
