I'm in New Orleans for a week. It's pouring rain and it looks like it's going to be that way for awhile. Any good indoor locations? Churches? Old buildings? Etc.

Thanks in advance!

St Louis Cathedral at Jackson Square is very nice inside. Also, lots of hotels, bars and restaurants. The art museum at City Park may be good, but may not allow photography. Tour the Superdome and other arenas.

When it stops raining, shoot every bit of quirky architecture that you see - these photos or collages make great wall hangings. We have one bathroom decorated with photos and other stuff, and every time I go there it's a great reminder of "Nawlins".

Also, shoot the interior of the hotels and the restaurants!!

Great tip! I was able to shoot outdoors today but did a lot of indoor photos anyway (just the way it worked out). I will post a few when I'm back home. Thanks!
