This is a posed shot of my pugs. I admit it was done in jest for DPChallenge's Romance challenge. Took me about 5 minutes to set up, and maybe ten minutes in editing.
Avanti Press saw it and offered me $1500 for a 5 yr exclusive use contract for greeting cards. The contract was set to expire this year and they paid me another $1500 to renew. Guess my pugs have earned their kibble. https://photography-on-the.net …ges/smilies/ico​n_cool.gif

this was taken about ten years ago using my first digital camera a kodak dc265 which was only 1.3 megapixels.
sadly we lost him in july 2010 and still hurts like hell.

Taken with my Canon 500m Reflex Lens. Came out quite sharp even for a lens that gets so much bad rep around here, IMO.
