Looks like these could have needed some fill flash or a reflector to bounce some light into the face/front, she looks like she has a black eye in some of them, specially the second and 4th pictures, just search google for fill flash and there will be a lot of tutorials to help.

Just you and a couple of others, personally i dont give a watsit, would rather see what someones commenting on than having to click around posts here and there to see which picture there on about.

But this has been discussed loads of times on here, and does it really matter?

What is going on with Anniebananie aka egglesong....I missed the owl shots, doves and her. I hope everything is well with her. Is she in vacation? it's been a while since her last post.

KAWIKA -

Here's one from my recently aquired 550D. I immediately sent the camera to lifepixel for an infrared conversion using their "Super Color" filter. The camera showed up yesterday and I just took the box and all with me while running errands. The blue is an effect of the custom white balance set in camera, this is essentially a SOOC image with some contrast added.

Great shots...did you shot this in manual focu. or auto. I borrowed my friend's macro 100mm but did gave it up after 1 use I can't get a sharp pic not a single one, um did have to cropped this? Maybe I should try not to be too close to the subject and just cropped it out in pp. Well I still have the lens so tomorrow I will be out to give it another try. with 100mm how far you should be from the subject to get a sharp pic or focus

These were shot with autofocus with the focus range on the camera set from 0.3-0.5mm so it focuses quite fast when you are close to the subject. I was within a foot of the subject in these images and I did crop some. I had IS on as I was hand holding and the wind was causing some slight movement of the flowers. If the conditions were calm and if I had it on the tripod, I would have turned IS off. Good luck with trying it some more and post some images.
