I am planing on buying a Sekonic L-308S .I am in Iceland and I can buy it at a local store for 380$.I can order it from BH for 233$+50$shipping and 25,5%vat Total BH price 355$.
My third option is this Hong Kong Ebay seller http://www.ebay.com …ain_3&hash=item45fa94643c (external link) where it costs 163$ free shipping to Iceland ,adding the 25.5%total 204$.

So my question is .Is this the real thing, and do you think I should order this ebay one.

I think you would be fine with the Hong Kong ebay seller - his seller rating is very good and you don't get that by being a scammer. Items from Hong Kong sellers are usually much cheaper as the units are made out in the Far East - if you buy from America then the cost of shipping from HK to USA and then to Iceland will naturally put up the price.

Should be no problem with the 308.

You have to watch out though with its bigger brother 358 if you intend using the Pocket Wizard module. Different continents, different radio frequencies. You may not be able to use the US model in Europe and eventually vice versa.
