This hummer likes to land on some of the branches behind the feeder after refueling.

Lovely capture, especially the complementary background colours.

Also, I'm relieved - from the title, it might have gone in a more gruesome direction..... lol

Great capture! Your hummer looks allot like the ones I am seeing at my feeders right now. I will be so sad to see the hummingbird season come to an end!

Haha, I didn't think of that. :-P Very nice shot, very sharp and a very interesting pose. Its different from the ones I usually witness.
