Challenge #344 - Portmanteau

A portmanteau word is a blend of two (or more) words into one new word. There are the originals: smoke + fog = SMOG; camera + recorder = CAMCORDER; motor + pedal = MOPED. Use a common one, make up your own, matters not. Enjoy!
_______________

To submit, click Post Reply and put your Photo Name in the Subject Line. Don't forget your Camera Model.

Post until Monday noon GMT, 12 September 2011.

Kevan_G9 - Reflectoshadojector - Not sure what this is, but the title and the projection on your thumb gave me a hint. Possibly a reflection of a screened window or door, a cross-stitch pattern?

CarloY - ElaPhone Call - What a great fountain! Quite the capture of the "gap" in generations!

mrshobden - The PiggyDoggy - Love the color, and sleeping piggydoggy. Let sleeping piggydoggies lie.

JimAskew - Gingersnap - Gingers have a special place in mty heart. My sons are both gingers. Wonder if it was a good tune shes was snapping away to? Saturation is a tad too much for my liking.

Maureen Souza- Fun at the Spoutains - Love the colors on the concrete. Water spouts and fountains, spent a lot of time at those this year as well. What a clear photo!

teekay - Storbage - Best new Portmanteau. Storage and garbage. I've a garage full of storbage or maybe garstorjunk.

JohnAskew3 - WCIM Water– WhiteCaps In Miniature - Think this is more of an acromyn than a portmanteau, but I am a sucker for a babbling brook photo.

pwdieter - Pinkilicious = Delicious Pink Salmon - Definitely Pinkilicious! Gone fishing and actually caught some keepers! Yum.

Michael Wells - barbling=handlebar decorations - A clever new portmanteau and some fancy handlebar bling!

marie - skort sexting - Two portanteaus for the price of one. Not sure about the processing, something funky going on with the stockings and boots. But, love the two fer.

Katygirl - BordAussie Collieshep - What a cute BordAussie Collieshep, looks like some softening of the chair fabric was done, great idea, but some spots are still visible.

KC Jewel - TeaKey - That is a cool Tiki. I used to live in Lompoc and that ice-plant brings back memories! Not sure what the Teakey portmanteau is though.

Judging weighted by best portmanteau 1st and photo qaulity 2nd this weeks winners are:

3rd Place: Michael Wells
2nd Place: marie
1st place: teekay
