I have been trying to shoot this light for 2 years, I have failed due to weather issues. But since might the last year, it gave me the motivation to go stay up all night, hike miles, be patient, take on some bug bites, avoid getting caught and more. Such an adventure for me. WOrth every minute and sweat. Hope you guys like it. :)

Nice work, hope they find the funding to keep the tribute lighting ongoing. I took a few shots myself from LSP, since I had my family with me I couldn't get as adventurous as you did scoping out different areas. What time was that last Tribute one taken, they sky opened up nice n clear for you, nothing but low cloud cover when I was there at around 8-9PM. :(

I do hope that they find funding to keep the lights up every year. I was in LSP too :) I did got a little bit adventurous, as security was pretty crazy last night. I was out all night until sunrise. The skies did not open up until 5:30 this morning. Thank you sir!

Funding should not ever have been an issue in the first place.
