want a uv filter manly for protection , dont like hoods for a number of reasons

thats what i thought but then they write this

Mean transmission of visible spectrum light 98.3% - Score: 9/10

seams a little odd to half one score and only reduce the othere by 1 if thats the case .

lol well looks like ive drawn a blank :D

well after watching the you tube video , ended up getting a hoya uv hd filter with a sinny new 50mm 1.4 from digitalrev ;)
