C&C on PP

I,m trying to decide if I like the PP on this.

i think what you have done with the image is great, but i hate the busy messy frame round it, just detracts from the great image of the jet. The image is strong and busy, you need a neutral, minimalist frame with it.

That would make a great poster for a Blue Angels fan...with the exception of the background (kind of cluttered).

Most HDR reminds me of an old arcade game where this alien says, "Ho, ho, ho space cadet! Try again!"

It's like anything else & no one process is perfect, but most of the "easy one click" HDR I see has halos around the subject (Left stabilizer), & they just don't look as good as what I can do with a layer & mask. This is why the average guy doesn't have just one wrench & screwdriver in his tool box.

Interesting (and very aggressive) Processing.

The border though, to me, makes it look like a painted Mexican tile or a souvenir snack tray.

Both have their place but I'm not sure it's with this image.

I think the canopy should be crystal clear!

well all the comments pretty well sum up what I feel. It was a little project that I gave my 13 yr old son to play with.

In that case, he could have done a lot worse? I think he just tried to do too many things at once & lost track of what makes a good image. Give him some direction & he should be OK.
