Yeah I was excited and she wanted to see some shots so I edited the first 5 I liked :D

Here's a photo I consider one of the best that I have ever taken, my personal opinion of course, but I am just loving this shot

Thanks!

A few more:

great portraits! curious as to how you lit these, the balance with the ambient is spot on.

Wow thanks a lot everyone for the nice comments, truth is with such beautiful model and being at this resort made my job very easy.

@JMS803, my lighting was quite simple and amateur hehe... a 580 EX II on camera bounced off the ceiling and a 430 EX II as a slave, camera left.. that's all.
The window shot was all natural light, a soft sunlight reflected with a silver reflector. Almost no PP done, just made it a little warmer with muted colors and added some glow using OnOne software, the Angel Glow2 filter. Focusing was very tricky for this shot, for all the reflections on the window, it was hard to find an angle that will allow me to see the whole face without having reflections on it, but it was important to keep the reflections in the frame as well. Then a wind will blow and move all that back to her face, as these are trees with the sunlight coming through their leafs. Got some 5-6 very nice shots, with this one being a little better than the rest, mostly her expression, it's exactly what I explained her that I want to see.

Hi, great pictures here in this thread that I decided to buy this lens recently.
I used it for a recent low light photo shoot. I tend to shoot in Av mode. ISO- I like to use auto.

I have a 70-200 in my 5D2. Using the Av mode, the shutter speed are adjusted appropriately most of the time (1/60 or more).
But when I use the 35L on my 5D2, no matter what Aperture I set, the shutter speed tend to stay at 1/30-1/40. I get motion blur. Is there any way to increase this shutter speed while ISO is auto? I know that Fixing ISO can solve the issue. Just thinking of how you do it.
Many thanks
Scott
