I'm having a bit of trouble triggering with my sekonic L358 with the RT32 module
It's a CE version L358 with an rt-32n module
It triggers fine if I'm within 1.5metres of the reciever, but between 1.5-2 metres it doesn't fire every time, and any further than 2 metres it just doesn't work at all

I was having the exact same issues when i was borrowing a friends L358 with RT32(CE) module last weekend, I thought his batteries might have just been a bit flat, but when it happened on my brand new one, now I'm a bit worried

Has anyone else had similar problems?

I have no such trouble at all. Can trigger my flashes with the Sekonic from the other side of the building (trough concrete walls). However, I'm using Phottix Atlas (not PW), but CE-version.

Strange. Have you tried using another Phottix Atlas to trigger the Atlas attached to your flash. Just make sure that it's not an Atlas problem. If working, reattach the RT32 in the Sekonic to make sure it's fitting well.

I'm also having range issues. My L-358 w/ RT-32N fires consistently within 15 feet. Anything beyond that and nothing at all.
