Jay- they're all great, but i SOoo like #2.
(If her legs had been apart then it may have been distasteful, but together I think it's just fine) nice shot!

In #1 her body is at an angle to the camera. In #2, she is more square to the camera. I don't mind direct sun but WB is too sunny here for me. And direct sun works more for fashion kind of shots. Were these taken with flash or direct sun? if flash looks like some strong gel there. One more thing which much darker bg, having rim rights help. Thanks for the feedback, bobby. These are all flash driven. The "Sun" behind her is a gelled speedlight. Fun Fact: My name is Charlie!

As for WB, I may cool these off a bit. #2 not bad but wish her upper body was more at an angle so less broader. That is all. Fuji XT-1, 18-55mm

He is simply brilliant at what he does. ^^ When life hands you lemons: add tequila and salt!

Ever run into a senior that has a perfect smile every photo? Cameron did a great job posing and smiling. I hate being in front of the camera. bill When life hands you lemons: add tequila and salt!

Problem was she wore a watch all summer long and had a horrible untanned spot. The watch looked hideous in her pics and I had her take it off and she had nothing to wear in it's place and no make up with to do a cover job. I thought "no problem I can take it into PS and fix it". Well everything I have tried hasn't fixed it. Can anyone help? Tell me what you would do? I have very basic PS skills as I use Aperture. I have PS Elements 6 (yes outdated) but I don't do this for a living so feel no reason to keep upgrading when I use it so rarely.
clone tool, low opacity or it can be done with curves. Its cleaner with curves. Mike

Take your time with it on the hi-res file and you'll never see the line. Good luck, Scott

One from this morning. Got the light a tad close and it washed her skin. Looks smoothed and its not. Used the patch tool on a couple of barely visable blems and a low contrast brush in lightroom, sharpened eyes and that was it. Got lucky. Pretty much straight off the camera. shoulder looks a little hot so i will hit it with a levels adjust. Mike
