Been taking lots of photos of friend to try and learn how to do senior portraits. Natural lighting only, and the two lenses I use are the 50mm f/1.8 and the 85mm f/1.8. Any C&C apreciated:

Yeah, they all have raccoon eyes. A little fill flash or a reflector would take care of that.

Be mindfull of you backgrounds. They can be distracting.

You need a lot of practice to be honest. The eyes are dead. The composition and posing does not work. Some of the images appear to be soft.

try using a reflector...works wonders!!! I also don't like the smoking one
