I have about 1,000 to get through, from the weekend, but people were asking about glowing brake rotors...so I figured I'd get one out there now. :) More to come once I have a chance to look at them all.

That color means they're about what? 800 degrees? Any metallurgists out there? They know what colors equal what temps.

Around 1000 C, up to 1200 C.


If you can't fix it with a hammer you've got an electrical problem.

Thanks! I know it doens't show a whole lot of the car, but getting that Tron-like affect in focus is tough, at least for me... :)
