Don't mind me, just being a smart ass. I'm just not a programmer although I'm a geek enough, I just stop at programming.

The window views look more natural this way. And, your flash use is tone down more to allow some of the ambient light to come out. I would have to say that the last one is my favorite. I like the warm floors, I like the light above the fireplace showing up, I like the light from the lamps showing up. Nice job! 1Ds Mk II, 1D Mk II, 50D, 40D, XT (for my son), 17-40L, 24-105L, Bigma 50-500 EX DG, Sigma 150 Macro EX DG, Tokina 12-24 AT-X, Nifty Fifty, Tamron 28-300 (for my son), 580ex II, 430ex II

I like the warm floors, I like the light above the fireplace showing up, I like the light from the lamps showing up. Nice job! Thanks. You have no idea the extra work your "flashy" comments have cost me....lol. But I've rounded that corner and am now preferring the "warmer" look.........so thank you! That's why we are on here, to learn & get better. The 2nd one is the only shot that's not a blend. And honestly I lucked out there because it was overcast so I didn't have to blast it to bring in the windows. I'm not as hung up on windows as I used to be. If there's a major view then I'm just shooting one shot for that and cutting it in in post, other than that I'm just trying to bring some detail from the outside in. 7D ......waiting on the 5D3

Either way, I think the shiny driveway adds to the photo a bit. It helps direct your eye away from the dented garage door. Photographer

We wet the rest with a hose. I actually had told them I would need to come back another day for the outside shots because it was raining.........but then of course after I got about 3 miles away I saw a huge patch of blue sky opening up, so back I went.
